ANFA offers its own unique design products for children manufactured by carefully chosen partners.
Each product shown by ANFA is described in detail and photographed. ANFA reserves the right to display all products as accurately as possible but does not guarantee that the appearance of products viewed on the screen will be the same in reality.
ANFA reserves the right to modify minor details of the products presented on this website and in other informational materials to maintain product quality and design integrity.

The wood used in our items comes from natural sources, Therefore, the composition and color pigmentation of the wood may vary slightly. Consequently, products shipped to the user may differ slightly from those depicted on this website or in other informational materials.

Payments

The price is payable at the time of order. The customer agrees to pay the total price of the products, as stipulated on the website, as well as customs duties or any other tax due upon importing the products into the country of delivery.

The bank transfer must be made within six (6) days. By the tenth (10th) day from the order date, if payment is not credited, the order will be canceled

ANFA reserves the right to request the return of ordered products in case of non-payment. In such circumstances, and at ANFA’s request, the customer must return the products for which payment has not been made. The customer will bear all associated costs.

Shipping

Please note that ANFA products are available in limited quantities and may be made to order.
The current and future environmental impact of the products is taken seriously: for this reason, ANFA consciously decides not to manufacture large quantities.

Order shipment occurs only after payment is credited. After shipping the order, a notification will be sent via email with tracking information.

If the ordered product is no longer available or out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible regarding the expected availability date. The customer may, at their discretion, wait for the product’s availability or obtain a refund. The expected production time for out-of-stock products is only indicative.

Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays from our suppliers are beyond our control. For example, this can happen when a supplier is unable to fulfill their delivery obligations to us or when production problems occur. Should this happen, ANFA assumes no responsibility for compensating the customer for damages such a delay might cause. However, the customer will be promptly informed if a delivery is delayed.
The customer always has the right to cancel a purchase without any cost in case of delayed delivery.

Transportation

ANFA is responsible for transporting the goods to the customer. The customer and the transport company assume the risk for any returns.

Damaged Goods

Upon receipt of the goods, it is important to immediately check the condition of the order. n the case of receiving an incorrect order or damaged goods, please promptly contact ANFA at info@anfa-furniture.com.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, private customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days. Therefore, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The returned goods must be unused, intact, clean, and suitable for resale as new.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must bear the shipping costs for the return.
Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

Returns

If the customer wishes to return a damaged or incorrect product, the customer must send an email for further instructions. Always contact ANFA at info@anfa-furniture.com before returning any item. Please attach the invoice or receipt to facilitate the return identification.
Note that the customer is responsible for shipments to ANFA.

For ANFA to accept a claim, it must be received no later than two (2) years from the date of purchase.

In the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute between the parties, the recommendations of the European Commission will be adopted.

Refunds

Refunds are made through the payment method chosen by the customer. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase as soon as possible once the return is received and approved.

Reserved Rights

ANFA reserves the right to make price changes resulting from typographical errors, significant price changes applied by our suppliers, or other circumstances beyond control.
More information on unforeseen circumstances due to force majeure is provided below.

Personal Data Protection

When the user registers and places an order, the user approves the storage and use of their information by ANFA solely for the correct completion of operations and to receive an adequate level of service. ANFA ensures that no personal data will be sold or transferred to unauthorized third parties for purposes other than completing the order and processing the related payment.

Undelivered Shipments

If the shipment cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, the customer will receive a notification via email or SMS. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, mobile number, and email address provided.

If the recipient does not collect the package within 14 days from the date of arrival of the order at the distribution point, the order will be returned to the sender. If the customer wishes for the order to be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, including the fee for the first return and any additional costs incurred by ANFA.

Force Majeure

In case of war, natural disasters, strikes, civil authority decisions, and other similar events beyond control and reasonably unforeseeable by ANFA, which result in ANFA’s inability to fulfill contracts or commitments, ANFA will be released from its obligations while these circumstances prevail.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this website and any disputes arising from the use of the website are subject to the laws of the European Union, regardless of conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, will be resolved by the District Court of Milan, Italy, in the first instance.
